Return and Exchange Policy

Super5star sells the products based on their excellent designs and proven reliability. Therefore, the quality is guaranteed.

We check all of your orders during the packing stage to make sure that the right accessories are included.

We have a QC team who checks the quality of your ordered products is qualified before they are packed and sent to you. This is in addition to the normal quality assurance checks that all the goods have passed in the factory line.

All our products are covered by a 7-day policy for return and 15-day policy for exchange.

  • Products with quality problem can be returned and refund in 7 days (from the date products were received)
  • Products with quality problem or dissatisfaction can be exchanged in 14 days (from the date products were received)

 

The following issues might NOT be counted as quality problem:

  • Color bias caused by your PC monitor setting or weather, lighting condition.
  • Size inaccuray caused by customer's mis-measurement.
  • Damaged or broken by shipping.
  • Slight material adjustment for some fabrics, trimmings and accessories caused by supply change or outage.

 

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible if you find any quality problem or have any dissatisfaction with the product received. You can reach our customer service in the following methods:

  • Email us, Please leave your contact info and sepcify the order number and brief problem description in Comments area. We will contact you within 24 hours.

  

We will arrange your request for exchange or refund once the faulty or quality problems identified. We will issue a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and specify the address for you to return. Please ensure the product was NOT used, washed or laundried.

We don't accept the return or exchange without a RMA.

We don't refund the shipping fee. For exchange, the customer will be charged reshipping cost.
