We make this item after you paid. The average making time  : 5-10days after  your payment confirmed and all size/color requirements clarified; There might be few days delay during holidays  (Halloween, Christmas,Chinese New Year ).  If you buy for the holiday usage, please order them at least 3 weeks prior to the day. Special requirement and complex custom costume might also take more few days.

 The estimated handling time is 2-5 working days ( there may be exceptions: sold out items restocking or holiday; no rush orders in Holiday).

                         Deliver time

The delivery time depends on the shipping method that you choose and the location where you are. If you have urgent need, please choose the Expedited shipping option while you order.
For some outlying districts/countries, delivery time may take longer, we would provide the courier's tracking number for you to trace the order, cosplaysuper can't guarantee the exact arrival date.

We ship worldwide. Shipping cost is automatically calculated in checkout page, based on the destination vs. weight.  All orders are guaranteed be shipped by Airmail or Express, at discounted rate, fast and safe, with online tracking.

                     Taxes

 The customers might be charged taxes or duties by your country's customs. We can mark your package as low value to avoid possible custom taxes, but CANNOT guarantee no duties/taxes be charged. The customers are responsible for paying your country's duties and taxes.  if you want us to mark the package as a "Gift" or "Sample", please inform us by email or specify it in the comments option while you order.
